Dusk is a mobile application that helps users wind down before bed through guided breathing exercises, gratitude journaling, mood tracking, ambient soundscapes, and sleep insights. Available as a free version with optional premium features via paid subscription.

Premium subscriptions: $7.99/month or $49.99/year, each with a 7-day free trial. Billed through Apple ID, managed entirely by Apple.
Both plans include a 7-day free trial. No charge during trial. Auto-converts to paid subscription if not canceled before trial ends.
Journal entries, mood data, and routine configurations are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to and cannot recover your content. You are responsible for device backups.
With your permission, Dusk reads sleep data from Apple HealthKit for Sleep Insights. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to external servers, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. Revoke access anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
The App uses: RevenueCat (subscription management), PostHog (anonymous analytics, EU-hosted), Sentry (crash reporting). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content, design, code, audio, and branding within Dusk are owned by MDM or its licensors. No copying, modification, or derivative works without written consent.
Dusk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dusk is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
We may update these Terms. Changes reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
